I was just on a run with my dog in the park. As I was running outside the parking lot a nice man said hello in his car.
Next thing I know my dog Larry and I were running and trying to race his car. He was laughing through the window of his car and so was I on my feet.
It was at that moment that I realized kindness and the ability to spread it happens at many moments throughout the day. That almost every situation with another human presents that opportunity.
